Clan Rules

We are a clan of mature players, mostly from the USA. We are a fun, chatty, friendly, helpful warring clan. Here is what you need to know. We speak English only in chat so everyone can understand. Donate before you request troops and don’t ask for troops you can’t cook unless it’s for war. Don’t be a leech. Max out your defenses AND troops before upgrading your town hall. It’s better for your defense in multiplayer and it’s better for us in war. We are a clan who learns and teaches. I still learn from new and existing members and I expect that out of our other members. Don’t be afraid to ask for help or provide a suggestion. Be active on chat and have fun. It’s a game, after all.
CHAT
  • We are a family-friendly clan and members occasionally bring their kids in.  As such, profanity and inappropriate language are not welcome.
  • Please participate – don’t just show up for war and leave; we think the fun of playing is in our community!

PEACETIME

  • There are no specific CC troop requests in peacetime (troop or level).   Please keep your troop requests to “any” or something like “any except giants.”  We do this so everyone in the clan – regardless of troop level – can participate in donating.
  • Please do not donate Wall-Breakers, Healers, or Goblins unless specifically requested.

PROMOTIONS

  • Please do not ask for promotions.  It’s awkward for everyone when Co/Leaders may say “no.”  Never fear, we’re always considering.
  • Elder promotions are given after both attacks in your first war.  You must use both attacks in war.  When you violate this guideline three wars in a row, you will be demoted back to member, and must start over.  Consistent participation in war, in chat, and donations are also must to maintain Elder status.  Generally speaking, when it becomes apparent that this is “home” for you, you have earned Elder status.
  • Co-Leader promotions are extremely rare.  We are a clan that has active leadership and do not want “too many cooks in the kitchen.”  Generally speaking, an Elder will assume a natural leadership position in the clan and the Elder will be “leading” before the promotion occurs.
ACCEPTING/KICKING
  • We generally accept TH6-TH10s who speak English.
  • We do not accept “rushed” bases.  On rare occasions, a Co/Leader may make an exception, but a rusher will not be placed in war until their village catches up (we don’t want to penalize the entire clan for one person’s high war weight).
  • Please allow a Co/Leader to make the decision on accepting a TH9+… – we will ask that all incoming clan members fit into the above hero/troop/defense progression if X-Bows are already built.
  • We rarely accept players from time zones UTC3-7 (Middle East/India/Philippines/Indonesia).  In our experience, these time zones do not work out with our war timing.  However, if war attacks are consistently made according to schedule, we’re happy to welcome you here, provided there is a good cultural/chat fit as well.
  • If a player is accepted that a Co/Leader determines does not fit in our criteria, that player may be kicked from the clan – usually with a friendly explanation.
  • Please do not kick any player – leave that to a Co/Leader (unless something is egregious).

FRIENDLY CHALLENGES

To help your fellow players improve their game, take the opportunity to offer friendly challenges when you are logged in.  It only takes a moment to press the challenge button and choose a base.  (Do offer different bases from time to time.  There are 6 options.)  Since this is a friendly fight, the fighter does not lose their troops.  This encourages more clan participation, and it gives the players opportunities to practice, and test their new bases with members of a TH comparable to their own.
